Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage to/from rooms and vehicles
- Provide valet parking services and assist with vehicle retrieval
- Deliver room service items and assist with guest requests
- Maintain pristine lobby and entrance areas
- Coordinate with front desk for seamless guest check-in/check-out
- Assist with event setup and conference support
- Uphold strict safety and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Outstanding customer service attitude
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of downtown Raleigh area
- Professional appearance and communication skills
