Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage to/from rooms using hotel carts
- Provide valet parking services for arriving and departing guests
- Assist with luggage storage and retrieval for in-house guests
- Deliver amenities and packages to guest rooms promptly
- Act as a local resource for dining, transportation, and attractions
- Maintain pristine condition of lobby and entrance areas
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams for seamless service
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds safely and repeatedly
- Valid Kansas driver's license with clean driving record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong knowledge of Wichita area and local attractions
- Basic computer literacy for check-in assistance
