Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome Guests: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently manage the registration process, including verifying identification and collecting payments accurately.
- Guest Relations: Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
- Phone Operations: Answer incoming calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate department or take accurate messages.
- Reservation Management: Assist in updating the reservation system and communicating room availability to potential guests.
- Security and Safety: Monitor the front desk area to ensure the safety and security of guests and property at all times.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to speak clearly and interact professionally with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using standard computer software and reservation systems.
