Responsibilities
- Perform front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and luggage handling during the evening and night shift.
- Conduct the night audit, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and balanced.
- Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain the security and safety of the hotel premises, guests, and staff during non-peak hours.
- Manage email correspondence and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed.
- Assist in promoting hotel amenities, restaurant services, and local attractions to guests.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; hospitality or business degree preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and property management systems (PMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Problem-solving skills with a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
