Responsibilities
- Execute warm and professional greetings for arriving guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Manage incoming phone inquiries and email correspondence with poise and efficiency.
- Assist guests with luggage, directions, and local recommendations to enhance their stay.
- Maintain the pristine condition of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash handling procedures with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and culinary teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Uphold the hotelβs brand standards regarding grooming, appearance, and conduct.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in hospitality or luxury retail is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a warm, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
- Must be available to stand for extended periods and lift moderate luggage.
