Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a positive first impression in the lobby.
- Check-In/Out: Process guest registrations, check-outs, and handle payments efficiently using hotel management software.
- Communication: Answer multi-line phone systems and respond to inquiries promptly via email and in person.
- Problem Solving: Assist with guest requests, such as restaurant reservations or local transportation, and resolve issues to ensure 5-star service standards.
- General Support: Maintain the lobby area cleanliness and assist with administrative tasks or front-of-house duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: Previous front desk or customer service experience is a plus, but not required for immediate hire.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Technical: Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
