Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional smile.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management software.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly to address guest inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area at all times.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and restaurant reservations.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash reconciliation daily.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with patience and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light furniture.
