Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage to/from rooms using hotel-approved equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with guest requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, bell desk, and storage areas
- Coordinate with valet and front desk teams for seamless guest experiences
- Assist with special event setup and guest transportation needs
- Operate hotel shuttle services when required
- Report maintenance issues and security concerns promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid Minnesota driver's license preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation to/from downtown Minneapolis
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- No prior experience necessary - we train!
