Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage to/from rooms and vehicles
- Provide friendly, professional assistance to arriving and departing guests
- Maintain clean, organized lobby and baggage areas
- Assist with va parking services when needed
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Follow all safety protocols for handling belongings
- Support other hotel departments during peak hours
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation
- Outstanding customer service attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- No prior experience required - training provided
- Must pass basic background check
- Valid work permit if under 18
