Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage using wheeled carts and elevators
- Provide warm greetings and personalized assistance during arrivals/departures
- Deliver room service orders and amenities to guest rooms
- Offer insider knowledge of Columbus attractions and dining
- Maintain pristine lobby and entrance area standards
- Collaborate with front desk team for seamless guest transitions
- Assist with va parking and special event logistics
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds safely and repeatedly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Ohio driver's license (required for occasional errands)
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of Columbus geography
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
