Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage and belongings to/from rooms
- Provide personalized assistance with hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness in lobby, entrance areas, and transportation zones
- Coordinate with valet and concierge teams for seamless guest services
- Assist with special event logistics and VIP guest handling
- Execute room service deliveries during peak hours
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Valid Maryland driver's license with clean driving record
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in all weather conditions
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Baltimore geography and landmarks
