Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage and provide timely assistance to hotel arrivals and departures
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm, welcoming demeanor reflecting New Orleans' unique charm
- Actively assist guests with restaurant reservations, local recommendations, and transportation arrangements
- Maintain pristine lobby and common areas while adhering to all safety protocols
- Collaborate with front desk, valet, and housekeeping teams for seamless guest experiences
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and genuine hospitality passion
- Strong knowledge of New Orleans geography and attractions
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and clean driving record (if valet duties required)
