Responsibilities
- Transport guest luggage to/from rooms using luggage carts
- Provide courteous assistance to arriving/departing guests
- Operate valet services and manage vehicle parking
- Deliver items to guest rooms per guest requests
- Maintain pristine lobby and entrance areas
- Coordinate with front desk for seamless guest experiences
- Assist with event setup and special requests
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Outstanding customer service mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hour shifts
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic English proficiency
- Team-oriented attitude
