Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage and provide timely check-in/check-out assistance
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm, professional demeanor
- Operate hotel shuttle services and provide local area recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby, entrance areas, and baggage storage
- Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid Minnesota driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Minneapolis attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
