Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and timely check-in/out procedures
- Provide personalized recommendations for Tulsa's hidden gems and local attractions
- Maintain pristine hotel lobbies, entrances, and common areas
- Coordinate with valet and concierge teams for seamless guest experiences
- Safely transport guest belongings using proper equipment and techniques
- Respond promptly to guest requests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Complete accurate shift reports and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to downtown Tulsa location
