Responsibilities
- Greet and assist hotel guests with luggage and personal belongings
- Transport luggage to/from guest rooms using wheeled carts
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation
- Coordinate with valet and concierge teams for seamless guest services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in lobby and entrance areas
- Respond promptly to guest requests and special accommodations
- Assist with event setup and breakdown in ballrooms and meeting spaces
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to management
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Philadelphia geography and attractions
- Valid work authorization in the United States
