Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with luggage, packages, and belongings
- Safely transport luggage to/from guest rooms and vehicles
- Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain lobby and entrance area cleanliness and organization
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- Collaborate with front desk and concierge teams
- Assist with special events and VIP guest services
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; training provided
- Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Punctuality and reliability with strong work ethic
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of Oakland geography (training provided)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
