Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage to/from rooms using wheeled carts
- Provide warm welcome assistance to arriving guests
- Assist with valet parking and vehicle retrieval
- Deliver in-room amenities and special requests
- Maintain cleanliness of luggage storage areas
- Collaborate with front desk team for seamless guest experiences
- Participate in daily shift briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary – training provided
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Outstanding customer service attitude
- Basic knowledge of Tulsa area preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (for valet duties)
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
