Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist guests with luggage and transportation
- Safely transport belongings to guest rooms using service carts
- Provide local recommendations and assist with guest inquiries
- Maintain lobby cleanliness and organization standards
- Coordinate with valet and front desk teams for seamless service
- Handle special requests (e.g., cribs, extra bedding, transportation)
- Participate in daily briefings and safety protocols
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires!
- Exceptional customer service mindset
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Michigan driver's license preferred
