Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to guest requests
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby, entrance areas, and bell desk
- Operate hotel shuttle services when required
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest needs
- Assist with valet parking and luggage storage during peak hours
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior experience requiredâcomprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record (for shuttle operation)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of Louisville attractions a plus
