- Safely transport guest luggage and belongings to/from rooms
- Provide personalized assistance with hotel services and local recommendations
- Maintain pristine public areas and lobby standards
- Assist with valet parking and vehicle services
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary – full training provided
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Outstanding customer service mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
