Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage to/from rooms and vehicles
- Provide exceptional guest assistance with directions and local recommendations
- Operate hotel shuttle services efficiently and safely
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of lobby and public areas
- Assist with va parking and vehicle retrieval when needed
- Collaborate with concierge and front desk teams for seamless service
- Uphold strict safety protocols during all guest interactions
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Reliable transportation to/from work location
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- No hospitality experience required – training provided!
