Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage and belongings to/from rooms
- Provide warm, professional greetings and assistance to arriving/departing guests
- Execute errands such as delivering items to guest rooms and valet coordination
- Maintain pristine lobby and entrance areas ensuring impeccable presentation
- Collaborate with front desk and security teams for seamless guest services
- Operate hotel equipment (e.g., luggage carts) safely and efficiently
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old to apply
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with guest service focus
- Must possess valid work authorization
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
