Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage to/from rooms using wheeled carts
- Provide detailed information about local attractions, dining, and transportation
- Assist with valet parking and vehicle retrieval as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of hotel entrance and lobby areas
- Coordinate with front desk staff for seamless guest arrivals/departures
- Respond promptly to guest requests with a warm, professional demeanor
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (for valet duties)
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Professional appearance and polished presentation
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
