Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and assist with luggage handling
- Transport luggage to guest rooms using service elevators
- Provide local recommendations and hotel amenity information
- Maintain lobby cleanliness and organization standards
- Assist with valet parking and shuttle services
- Collaborate with front desk team for seamless guest check-ins
- Report maintenance issues promptly to management
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old with valid work permit
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation to downtown San Antonio
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
