Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining hotel standards
- Operate hotel equipment safely (e.g., luggage carts, elevators)
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby and common areas
- Support other departments as needed during peak hours
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old with valid work permit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation to downtown Nashville
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
