Responsibilities
- Guest luggage assistance during check-in/check-out
- Transportation of belongings via bell carts
- Information delivery about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Coordination with valet and front desk teams
- Maintenance of lobby cleanliness and organization
- Timely response to guest requests via phone/desk
- Safe operation of hotel equipment (carts, elevators)
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old with valid work permit
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Outstanding customer service mindset
- Reliable transportation to downtown location
- Flexible availability (weekends/holidays required)
