Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage to/from rooms using wheeled carts
- Provide warm, professional greetings and assistance to arriving guests
- Deliver in-room items (amenities, packages, newspapers) promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby, entrance, and bell desk areas
- Assist with valet parking and shuttle coordination as needed
- Communicate effectively with front desk and housekeeping teams
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding guest information
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Valid work permit (if under 18)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong customer service orientation
- Reliable transportation to French Quarter location
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- No prior experience required (training provided)
