Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, handling luggage and personal belongings with care
- Provide personalized recommendations for local dining, entertainment, and attractions
- Transport luggage between guest rooms, lobby, and vehicles using hotel-approved equipment
- Maintain pristine lobby and entrance areas, ensuring first impressions exceed expectations
- Execute guest requests promptly, including item delivery and errand services
- Collaborate with front desk and concierge teams for seamless guest experiences
- Follow safety protocols for handling heavy items and operating equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Houston geography and attractions
