Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage and belongings using hotel carts
- Provide exceptional customer service during arrival/departure
- Assist with valet parking and transportation coordination
- Deliver in-room amenities and packages promptly
- Maintain pristine lobby and public areas
- Act as a local resource for guest inquiries
- Collaborate with concierge and front desk teams
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Philadelphia geography is a plus
- Professional appearance and punctuality
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency
