Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with luggage transportation and room check-in/out
- Operate valet services for guest vehicles with precision and care
- Provide detailed information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain pristine entrance areas and lobby cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with concierge and front desk teams for seamless guest service
- Handle special requests such as restaurant reservations and transportation
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and conduct
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera)
- Basic knowledge of Houston geography and landmarks
