Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage to/from rooms using service carts
- Provide exceptional door service and valet assistance
- Deliver in-room amenities and special requests promptly
- Maintain pristine lobby and public areas
- Assist with event setup and conference support
- Collaborate with concierge team for guest recommendations
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of Jacksonville landmarks
- Ability to work efficiently in inclement weather
