Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage to/from rooms using professional equipment
- Provide courteous assistance with valet parking and vehicle services
- Assist with meeting/conference setup and event logistics
- Maintain pristine lobby and common areas through constant vigilance
- Act as a local resource for guest inquiries and recommendations
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Execute special requests (e.g., restaurant reservations, transportation)
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Proven customer service experience in hospitality/travel
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Fresno attractions and transportation
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with attention to detail
