Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage and belongings using hotel carts and equipment
- Provide warm, personalized welcome services to arriving guests
- Assist with valet parking and vehicle management as needed
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of hotel lobbies and public areas
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- Collaborate with front desk and concierge teams for seamless service
- Safely operate hotel equipment following all safety protocols
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and professional appearance
- Valid Texas Driver's License preferred for valet duties
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
