What You'll Do
As a Bellhop, you will be the face of our hotel. You will ensure our guests have a smooth and pleasant arrival and departure experience.
Responsibilities
- Luggage Assistance: Greet guests warmly and assist with carrying luggage to and from their rooms.
- Room Service Delivery: Transport food and beverages from the kitchen to guest rooms safely and efficiently.
- Property Maintenance: Keep hallways, lobbies, and elevators clean, neat, and presentable at all times.
- Guest Support: Answer general questions about local attractions, dining, and hotel services.
- Valet Parking: Assist in the safe and timely parking of guest vehicles.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Teamwork: Willingness to work as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
