Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage and provide timely assistance with check-in/check-out processes
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized recommendations and attentive support
- Maintain pristine lobby areas and assist with valet parking operations
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Operate hotel equipment (e.g., luggage carts, elevators) following safety protocols
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve inquiries with professionalism
- Assist with special events and VIP guest handling as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of San Diego attractions and transportation
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
