Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage using wheeled carts and service elevators
- Provide warm welcome assistance to arriving guests at the entrance
- Deliver in-room amenities and assist with special requests
- Maintain pristine lobby and public areas during shifts
- Coordinate with valet and front desk teams for seamless service
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries with local recommendations
- Complete safety checks for carts and equipment daily
Qualifications
- Previous hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid Washington State driver's license (if driving carts)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Seattle geography and attractions
- COVID-19 vaccination required
