Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage and belongings to/from rooms using hotel carts
- Provide exceptional customer service during check-in, check-out, and throughout guest stays
- Assist with valet parking, door service, and information about local attractions
- Maintain cleanliness of hotel entrances, lobbies, and bell desk areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk teams for seamless guest experiences
- Safely handle guest valuables and secure lost/found items
- Uphold strict safety protocols for luggage handling and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if driving hotel vehicles)
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Memphis landmarks and transportation options
- Must pass background check and drug screening
