Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage and belongings to/from guest rooms
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with guest inquiries
- Operate hotel shuttle services for airport/attrain transfers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, entrance, and baggage areas
- Coordinate with front desk staff for seamless guest check-in/check-out
- Assist with valet parking and vehicle management as needed
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Albuquerque area attractions and transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
