Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage to/from rooms using bell carts
- Assist with valet parking and vehicle retrieval
- Provide directions and information about local attractions
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby and entrance areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping for room preparation
- Handle special guest requests promptly and professionally
- Operate hotel shuttle services when required
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of NYC geography
- Must pass background check and drug screening
