Responsibilities
- Luggage Assistance: Safely transport guest luggage from parking areas to guest rooms and assist with checking out.
- Guest Relations: Provide friendly greetings and directions to guests throughout the hotel property.
- Concierge Services: Deliver messages, packages, and amenities to guest rooms promptly and discreetly.
- Property Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness in public areas, hallways, and lobbies during your shifts.
- Event Support: Assist with loading and unloading equipment for large conferences and banquets.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with front desk staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old (High school students welcome).
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and carry luggage weighing up to 50 lbs comfortably.
- Reliability: Punctual and committed to a consistent work schedule.
