Responsibilities
- Sanitation & Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas to meet our stringent cleanliness standards.
- Amenity Management: Ensure all guest amenities (towels, toiletries, linens, and supplies) are fully stocked and organized in every room.
- Inspection & Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, or cleanliness discrepancies and report them immediately to the supervisor.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all health and safety protocols, including the proper handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Laundry Services: Sort, wash, fold, and iron linens and uniforms efficiently to maintain inventory levels.
- Guest Experience: Uphold a professional demeanor and provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and track cleaning supplies, ensuring we never run low on essential products.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No Experience Necessary: We welcome applicants with no prior housekeeping experience; full training will be provided upon hiring.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is essential to maintaining our premium standards.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication Skills: Basic English communication skills are required to interact with staff and guests effectively.
