Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and lobby spaces.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures at the front desk accurately and efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and maintenance teams to ensure hotel operations run smoothly.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet or event spaces as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior hotel or hospitality experience is required; we are looking for eagerness to learn.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
