Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to meet luxury standards.
- Change bed linens, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and sanitize bathrooms.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, coffee, and towels in guest rooms.
- Sort, wash, and fold linens according to strict health and safety protocols.
- Report maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, plumbing leaks) to the engineering department immediately.
- Maintain a high level of organization in the housekeeping carts and storage areas.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding guest privacy and safety.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
