Responsibilities
- Assist guests with transporting luggage, packages, and amenities to their rooms in a timely and courteous manner.
- Provide directions and information regarding local attractions, dining, and entertainment options.
- Ensure the bell stand area and hallway corridors are kept clean and organized at all times.
- Communicate effectively with bell desk staff, front desk agents, and housekeeping to coordinate guest needs.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, messages, and packages with the utmost confidentiality.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while adhering to safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or as a bellman is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to lift, push, and carry heavy luggage and equipment (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
