Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage and personal belongings to/from rooms
- Provide warm welcomes and personalized assistance to arriving guests
- Offer knowledgeable recommendations about Nashville attractions and dining
- Maintain luggage storage areas and ensure security of all items
- Assist with valet parking and vehicle retrieval as needed
- Collaborate with front desk to resolve guest requests promptly
- Uphold strict cleanliness standards in lobby and common areas
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Nashville geography and attractions
