Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage to/from rooms using hotel carts
- Provide courteous assistance with hotel amenities and local area information
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby, entrances, and bell desk areas
- Assist with valet parking and vehicle retrieval as needed
- Respond promptly to guest requests for assistance
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams for seamless operations
- Safely handle guest belongings with professionalism and care
Qualifications
- No experience required – training provided!
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Exceptional customer service mindset and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Punctuality and strong attention to detail
- Team player with positive attitude under pressure
- New Mexico driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
