Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage to/from rooms using luggage carts
- Provide personalized assistance with guest requests and inquiries
- Operate hotel vehicles (golf carts, shuttles) safely and professionally
- Maintain pristine appearance of hotel lobbies and public areas
- Assist with valet parking services during peak hours
- Collaborate with concierge and front desk teams seamlessly
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred (training provided)
- Fluent English communication skills
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
