Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage, valet parking, and room deliveries
- Provide friendly, professional service to all hotel visitors
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby/public areas
- Operate hotel equipment (elevators, carts) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams
- Respond promptly to guest requests and special instructions
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old with valid work permit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
