Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage to/from rooms using rolling carts
- Provide exceptional customer service at entrances and valet areas
- Assist with valet parking and vehicle retrieval
- Deliver room service orders and amenities as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby, entrances, and bell desk areas
- Communicate effectively with front desk and security teams
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old (perfect for high school/college students)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be available evenings/weekends
- Valid Arizona driver's license preferred
- Professional appearance and punctuality
- No prior experience required (training provided)
